Marcia (Marcy) K. Hippey - President/CEO
In 2005, after years of serving as a Paralegal for a leading local Law Firm and as a Configuration Manager for San Diego, CA based govenment contractor, Marcy (and her husband, Richard) invisioned Innovative Multimedia Services, LLC (IMS). They saw the need for a local company that took the job of "Integrated Logisitic Support" seriously. An area (ILS) that needed to be brought into the 21st Century through the use of an Electronically Enhanced Interface thereby reducing manhour labour, reducing the "paper" requirement, and increasing the use of electronic media, database, spreadsheet, and pdf filing products.
Marcy attended Mesa College in San Diego, and is well versed in Integrated Logistic Support. Marcy also holds the military rank of Major in the South Carolina State Guard and is assigned as the Genral Staff as G4 for the 3rd Brigade Headquarters located at Mount Pleasant, SC, commanded by BG Herman J. Hudson.

Richard E. Hippey - Chief Technologies Officer (CTO),
Richard has an extensive background in computer technologies. He is retired US Navy where he was instrumental in the development of a prototype Computer Based Training Initiaitve prior to his retirement in 1998. After leaving the US Navy, he worked for numerous government contractors in the Charleston, SC area as Program Managers for Integrated Logistic Support "Technology" Programs. In 2005, he and his wife Marcia invisioned Innovative Multimedia Services (IMS).
